Shining Stars is a supportive and engaging program designed specifically for athletes with special needs, ages 6–15. Classes include obstacles like floor level changes and movements that support muscle building and safe exploration of going upside down. With the guidance of our coaches and the support of parents, each child is encouraged to try new things, push their limits, and shine in a safe, positive environment.
